There’s no famine in Gaza : “In the photos, the [mothers] I see holding these children […], they seemed quite plump”…

The ICC prosecutor’s application constitutes neither a “judgement”, nor a “ruling”.

As a result, none of the alleged criminals has been found “guilty” yet.

Said application pertains to (alleged) war crimes and crimes against Humanity, not to “genocide”.

It concerns individuals in their capacity “as [alleged] co-perpetrators and as superiors pursuant to Articles 25 and 28 of the Rome Statute”. It does not, as such, concern the state of “Israel”.

And “Defense minister Benny Gantz” is not among said individuals (at least not the first batch)…

Not too demanding a job, is it ? You show up, make your little poisoned ratatouille of factual inaccuracies, sprinkle it with “British Muslim” pepperoni powder, add some “plump” breast milk from the kosher grocery store around the corner, and wait for the cash register to open at the end of the month… By the way, how much exactly are those two things “earning” these days ?…

In any case, rest assured they have examined the (at this stage) confidential application (including its evidence) as thoroughly as they have the ICC prosecutor’s May 20, 2024 statement…
