Did Raynal request the hearing be interrupted in order to confer with his client, as any attorney in his position would logically have done had their client not been aware of their alleged gross professional negligence ? Those who’ve watched the trial know the answers. And I don’t mean to sound like a conspiracy theorist here, but this immediately sounded suspicious to me… Raynal’s not a rookie. If you ask me, he knew what he was doing, and he even discussed the whole thing with Jones prior to the hearing. Why ? Not only to ask for a mistrial, of course; he also wanted some ammo for an appeal. Maybe the appeal judge is less pedo- and more Trump-friendly, who knows ?… This is Texas, after all…

Unprecedented, really ? Technically, that may be so, since, on the one hand, the scene of the Sandy-Hook crime was domestic and, on the other hand, The NYT’s editorial board never asserted the Iraq war was a false flag; they merely contributed to making it happen…
When called to the stand, one of Jones’s producers miserably lamented about what the latter’s trial had done to his own career. This was the pathetic and undignified response of a sociopath. Neither from his dirty mouth nor from Jones’s came the slightest expression of credible remorse. Jones did formulate timid apologies to the plaintiffs, but, as indicated by his lamentable rhetoric and his vicious tone during recent episodes of his show, while the trial was moving ahead, those were obviously opportunistic, as were the New York Times’ “reluctant-hawk”-in-chief’s after the Iraq debacle, since, a decade later, Keller would be at it again…
Of course, Jones has a sense of theatrics Keller & Co. lack. They are seasoned and rational intellectuals. They didn’t wear Joker masks when they appeared in public. But they might as well have. If they had, maybe they too would have been ordered to compensate the families of the 4,550 American kaki-outfit-wearing “boys and girls” they had indirectly sent to the slaughter, only to later vindicate their deaths based on their own innuendoes and purposeful lies. And maybe they too would have had to pay an insane amount in punitive damages, were it only to make sure they once and for all keep their dirty mouths shut…
But we know that’s not how things go In “polite society”. “Polite society” can produce blood-spilling distraction like no other, but in “polite society”, there can be no true guilt : that would run counter to traditional usage and good fucking manners !
Try : His critique of the “Weather Machine” was undermined by the fact that he asserted the government is turning the frogs gay (not to mention Sandy Hook).
As for your critique of him, it’s undermined by the fact your “elite” education has made you both so condescending and so terribly ordinary.
